Every October since 2012, lifestyle guru Julia Coney has lead a group of American beauty bloggers (and make up enthusiasts) on a luxury tour of Paris. The group examines the French beauty business through exclusive experiences such as a visit to Le Labo where they are able to have their fragrance mixed and bottled before their eyes and labeled with any message they choose. 

The tour promises priceless French cultural experiences like a backstage tour of the famous Paradis Latin cabaret where participants can quiz the cancan dancers on which makeup they use (Mac) and more importantly what products they use to remove their makeup (local drugstore brand remover). 

Participants can expect 5-star accommodations that may just include free breakfast and a balcony with a killer view. You may even be lucky enough to share a room with The Makeup Girl or have a private shopping session at Sephora Paris with a beauty professional like Carmen Christina of Lipstick Fashion Mascara.

And for those of us who worship the Tao of French Fashion a VIP visit to Galeries Lafayette will spoil you forever; leaving you incapable of shopping in the US. I'm already planning a return visit to the grand magasin during Soldes the twice yearly sales period regulated by the French government.
